Position Overview: A successful Business Consultant takes ownership of the client experience at ATBS. A Business Consultant builds and maintains relationships with clients by analyzing their financial results and providing valuable business advice to improve clients’ profitability and ensure their success as small business owners. A Business Consultant provides unparalleled customer service by being the primary point of contact between ATBS and clients.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Passionately provide exceptional customer service, via phone and email, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor by being the primary point of contact between ATBS and clients
  • Accurately analyze and communicate business performance and financial results with clients
  • Consistently initiate goal setting through profit plan preparation
  • Proactively perform various duties to support other Business Consultants while contributing to the growth of ATBS and the Consulting Department

Education and/or Experience:

  • Progress toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Business degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial
  • Experience in the transportation industry is advantageous, but not required
  • Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is helpful
