We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Manager with exceptional leadership skills to manage our 40-employee Tax department at ATBS. The Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding tax services while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within our team. As an empowering leader, the Manager coaches and mentors employees, provides direction to the tax team, and delivers excellent service to clients, driving forward the success of ATBS.

About Your Team:

  • Delivering thousands of independent contractor income tax returns annually
  • Utilizing CCH and Salesforce software to prepare income tax returns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing 4 supervisors and 40+ team members
  • Collaborating with a 15-member leadership team to guide ATBS forward

  • Coordinate with senior executives to develop an annual financial plan and effectively operate within the financial plan
  • Collaborate with members of your team to develop goals and align them with the goals of ATBS

About Your Expertise:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) status is required
  • MBA is preferred
  • At least 4 years of tax leadership experience is required
  • Previous experience with CCH Axcess is preferred
