Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Representative plays an integral role in assisting the Consulting Team in maintaining frequent contact with ATBS clients.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external customers via telephone
  • Effectively utilize ATBS software programs, input data to update database records, and communicate information to certain ATBS employees for appropriate action
  • Frequently interact with clients through outbound phone calls

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good reasoning, interpersonal and organizational aptitude
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service and/or business experience is preferred
