Position Overview: If you’re looking for a rewarding career in sales, ATBS is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Inside Sales team! The ideal candidate enjoys working in an upbeat, positive atmosphere with a close-knit team that likes to work hard and play hard. The Inside Sales Executive - Prospector plays an integral role in the explanation, advocacy and sales of ATBS products and services. The role focuses on prospective clients identified through relationships with industry associations, partners, and small/medium carriers. This position is critical to the success and bottom line of the company!

Significant Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided prospect lists to contact, educate and sell potential ATBS clients
- Efficiently make large-volume outbound phone calls and emails daily to engage leads
- Effectively own, qualify, develop, and close opportunities for ATBS services
- Apply industry knowledge, training, and discretion to determine the correct ATBS RumbleStrip product or services to best meet the needs of prospective clients
- Diligently and accurately track your activity via our Salesforce CRM system
- Consistently adhere to time/completion requirements for all assigned tasks
- Attend and participate in team planning sessions
- Actively support other team members in their sales efforts and participate in group problem solving
- Work cooperatively across all departments – to include Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Business Consulting
- Passionately represent ATBS at industry trade shows and visit carriers
- Help us define and improve best practices for the role to always push for greater success!

Education and/or Experience:
- Experience using a computer and email
- Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused, customer service, or sales role
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable sales (CRM) tool
- Previous selling experience is always desirable, but not required
- Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business or financial fields may substitute
